Cruise Problem: We signed up to go on a cruise together. One of the families is sick. Should I go?

Basically, my family, my cousin's familes, my grandparents, my aunt, and three of my friends families signed up together to go on a cruise to Alaska. My cousin's dad got sick, so their family is not going. One of my friend's family isn't going, and my grandparents aren't, too. But my aunt and her husband and my two other friend's families are going. Should I go?

sure, you may go. it wasn't anyone's fault that they got sick anyway. it shoudn't stop you from having the adventure that you want. it would be nice to express your regret that thay would not be able to join you and that you hope that they get better soon. inform them also, since they are your seniors, that you'll go ahead with the cruise. that would be the courteous thing to do.
