haha its just an expression..it means kind of a unique girl,someone who won't give him the cold shoulder-pretty much someone who is willing to party and as long as you can keep him occupied,but other than that it may just be an expression, it depend what tone he uses,wheather the guy laughs or not, it could mean so many things. like it's said, females can't really ever understand males,and males can't understands females...who knows haha.
