ice cream - scoop out of carton and eat.

Note to SugarByte: The question was actually what is your favorite quick to make dessert. My favorite dessert is ice cream. If the question was just, what is your favorite dessert, I would have said plain ice cream; I don't even need hot fudge and whipped cream on top, although I like that too. So if the question adds "quick to make," that makes my answer even more correct.

Okay folks - the question was "MAKE DESSERT"...how about a "put together?
Take a tub of Cool Whip, gently stir in a tub of flavoured Yogurt (I like raspberry) dump that into a prepared or home made graham crust and freeze for an hour or two. Not bad for a quickie dessert.
If I am "making" a dessert and have little time or energy. I take dark, milk, and white "chocolate" bars, melt each gently and add about a litre of whipping cream to the chocolate once it has cooled a bit. Whip this with a blender and pour the dark, then milk, then white into a (preferably) glass serving dish. Voila' - three-tiered chocolate mousse!
Enjoy & I hope that helps!

Banana Chocolate Cheese Cream for 2 (10 mins)

Whip 4 tablespoon of low fat Cream Cheese + 4 tablespoon of sour cream + 4 tablespoon of icing suger till the mixture is creamy

Cut spongy cake in 1 inch cube, put them in an ice-cream or jelly glass container, pour some chocolate syrup on the cubes, slice banana in 1/2 inch slices and layer the banana on the spongy cake, pour the cream cheese mixture on the banana slices then add some chocolate syrup or sprinkle some thin almond slices on the mixture as topping!

It is a mix and stir dessert that even a 6 years old kid can manage within 10 mins!

If you do not have spongy cake at home, corn flake or digestive busicuts crumbs could be yummy as well.

For those who do not like banana, you can change it to strawberries / mix berries or mangoes

Lemon Cheesecake
Yield: 6 Servings

CRUST
1/3 cup Powdered sugar
1/2 cup Butter/oleo; melted
1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs

FILLING
8 oz Cream cheese
1 pkg Instant lemon pudding
2 cups Milk

Mix sugar, crumbs, and butter. Bake as for crumb crust. Mix cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth and creamy. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater for 1 minute. Do not overbeat. Pour into cooled crust. Chill.

I dont bother to make a crust I just buy a prepared graham cracker pie crust-this recipee is better than the no-bake jello cheescake box mix and really fast and yummy too.

Peach melba. Canned peaches, heat the peach juice with cinnamon sticks. Cool peaches in the juice. Make a sauce with raspberries, a little lemon juice, triple sec or any liqueur that you think would go well with rasperries. In food processor, pulse until saucelike consistency. Serve peaches with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and raspberry sauce on the ice cream. Yummy.

Dirt/mud--whip up a box of chocolate pudding, a box of vanilla pudding (you can use the instant variety that takes like five seconds), and layer it with Cool Whip and crunched up Oreos. Add gummy worms to taste. It's delicious, fun, and no baking or anything.
