Feta is only allowed after being marinaded for 24 hours in some delectable concoction!!!
My faves depend on the food/crackers/wine I am having said cheese with!
1) Jarlsberg - a light crispbread/ french bread and Pinot Grigio
2) Brie - with french bread, lots of butter, cranberry sauce and rose wine from the Lot-et-Garonne (how poncey is that)!
3) Gruyere - with any sort of bread/crackers and a nice Chablis

Extra sharp cheddar. But I also like feta and blue cheese. Emmentaler is right up there, though.

Like most cheeses - except blue veined and goats.
Nothing like a thick layer of Crowdie on freshly made girdle scones or oatcakes! Yummy!!!!
