Not sure if it is the same at all of them but when I checked into it (alabama), it was $75 to sign up and then $35 a month. You had to have a credit card or checking account for auto billing as well.
Keep an eye on their website, sometimes they have a special that you and a friend can sign up for the price of one.

i think it's about the same approximatley no where you go (unless there is a special), this is how it works: You pay a One time"Sign up" fee (50-100 bucks) and then it's like 40-50 bucks USD a month. the "sign up fee" is incentive not to quit (paying them their cash every month). Ha, ha. I heard pple get "cut" going there.

i live in Kentucky and I'm a member of curves and when i joined they were having a food drive and if you brought in a bag of groceries that covered your membership then all it cost is 29 dollars a month and it is worth it

i paid $75.00 reg fee and 40.00 a month but there policies suck... i prefer ymca
