I have these little red bumps under my butt that extend to my inner thigh. They don't itch and they don't hurt. They are pretty small. Does anyone know what they are? And how to get rid of them?

Could be a folliculitus or a fungal infection. Which ever it is you should see a dermatologist or your primary care doctor for a topical cream to rid yourself of the bumps.

red bumps can mean bug bites or pimples. Just try to put some ointment on it or lotion.

Skin problem, I would wager. Ask your doctor about them, but if you're too shy to get them checked out, I don't think they're very harmful.

Prob. a heat rash. If so, it will go away on its own
