Amen!
Although, some may argue that you're trying to force your views on them.
Buuut, I completely agree with you.

Stop generalizing and assuming that all atheists think the same way. It makes you sound stupid, which isn't at all difficult to do.
I do think that belief in god is an attempt to make one's self seem important, as well as a way to deal with the unknown. It is not necessarily something that only the weak and feeble minded believe in, it is something that is forced on people as children and in society, and they have been blinded by faith.
To think that there is a god is the most ignorant thing a person can do. Theists have the arrogant assumption that they are somehow more special than everything else. What a boring life a theist must live to assume that all the beauty in life is caused not by human and natural ability, but by a god. Such thinking deprives humans from being able to give themselves credit for their accomplishments.
I post questions because I don't want to be ignorant to others' beliefs, I see the same is not true for you.
And it's obvious that what you posted is not an atheists' view of life, but your own view.

It has nothing to with ego. Yes we see the beauty of things surrounding us. Consider that maybe they just are wondering what you think of something. Intelligent people do like to discuss and debate things. It doesn't mean they are forcing their beliefs on you. Those who call others ignorant because they don't believe as you are the ones who are trying to force their beliefs. Yes there are atheists who that as well as those who believe in a God, you being one of those. Those people are generally uncomfortable because they can't answer a question. There is no reason for it, there is no absolute proof either way, so it is a belief that comes from within you. Nothing wrong with saying good point I don't know the answer to that, but it doesn't change my belief.
Oh and I am hardly bored with the world, I have a wonderful husband and three kids who keep me quite busy.

I don't try to disprove God or make my opinion about it unless ignorant people like you force your religion on us or bash us for our lack of one.
And I see magic, beauty, creativity, and love everyday in nature and all around me...I probably see it better than you; you with your head in the clouds preaching down to us. Having a deep connection with nature is more important than having some made up connection with something you only beleive in becasue you were brought up to beleive in it.
Look at the questions I've posted, do any of them have anything to do with religion? No. I can't believe I'm even responding to you since you are so obviously the most egotistical, close-minded, foolish person I have ever had the misfortune to cross.

Why do you post questions to prove there is a god? You are doing the same by posting this question. You must have no life and must be jealous of them athiest because you cant see their view. Am I correct? If not you arent either. Give proof there is a man up there living in the clouds with butterflys and rainbows, then I'll bet you they'll believe. I understand why they believe there is no god.

Yes I DO think that God is for the febal minded and weak. Why is God found more in prison than in the science lab?
To believe in a fairy tale as if it where the truth is ignorant. To believe in something that has no proof or evidence and flies in the face of all logic, reason and scientific evidence IS ignorant. So suffer for your beliefs! Just as your book tells you to do!!

The same reason you try to prove god.
Everyone is looking for THE answer, no one has it, but we like to think we do.
Think about this... an atheist has to believe in god. If he doesn't he's argueing against nothing.
If the belief didn't exist ( on some level) there would be no reason to try to disprove it, would there?

the answer is in the question itself. Of course an atheist will post question to question God because well they do not belive in gods or other supernatural beings on top of humans. Either that or they are just curious to what other people say. Hence, your curiosity over this subject is an example.

Its a double-prevalent, ok. non secular human beings are badmouthing atheists besides. Calling out only the atheists is only incorrect. I try no longer to undesirable mouth all and sundry (until eventually its to call them out for badmouthing some different person.) i visit overtly state that i imagine faith is stupid, and that i visit make the attempt to describe why i imagine that. i visit also make the attempt to get my element for the length of. yet I gained't blatantly unmarried someone out for his or her ideals. I honestly don't have any difficulty with faith no matter if it isn't hurting all and sundry. I do attempt to promote preserving an open options.

I have never stood on a street corner and yelled at people they should believe there is no god. yet I see Christians do it all the time,, they knock on my car windows and annoy me with "your going to go to heaven or hell". Oh yes, and I do not sit on here pushing my beliefs on anyone else. Your welcome to think what you want of me but I will never believe in a god just cause you say I should. also agree with atheist 4 choice.

I don't believe in God, but I do believe in the infinite power and mercy of the Great Spell Checker. Search for Him and even you will be saved from an eternity of incomprehensibility.
