Eat six times a day! :
breakfast 8am
snack 11am
lunch 1pm
Snack 4pm
Dinner 6pm
Snack 9pm!

this is the best way of course it has to be coupled with weight training and cardio!! the best place I find to learn about this stuff is mens health.com!!

Well with all those crunches the six pack is probiably already there. Not sure of your current bodyfat percentage but it has to be pretty low all around for a six pack. If your not already at a low percentage, you'll need to add some cardio to your workout to lower the overall bodyfat.

You may also have a hard time gaining muscle mass predetermined by your metabolism, i don't know. You can also try adding some leg lifts or flutter kicks for the lower abs and grab a 45lb weight plate and add some poundage to cruches/sit-ups. Not sure of your particular situation, but hope this helps.

Talk to your doctor, they can tell you everyone's metabolism is differant. You also may want to consult with a nutritionist and a personal trainer. I recommend looking for a good personal trainer, one with a nutrition background. They can guide you through the whole process, you diet alone will not rip your abs, if nature was going to do it on her own you wouldn't ahve to do much. More than likely it is going to take some work so look into it.

You need to do more than that . . push yourself. I do 400-500 crunchies a day and after 1 week you will see results. If you don't eat a ton of high fat foods or lots of carbs and work out every other day you will see results. I promise. Join Bally's!

high-protein foods. reduce carbohydrate and fat intake.

hydration is essential when working the abs. unfortunately, a 6-pack can often be obscured by water retention. sometimes, models/bodybuilders fast before the photoshoot, so the lack of water will result in them being able to show off their muscle definition.

Get one of them books about how to get in shape in your local book stores.

My coach told us to read that sh!t...

Some like "The Abs Diet -Get fit and stay fit plan"

Please read the recommendations below. Also, go to the book store and locate the book "Weight Training for Dummies". In chapter 15 you will find excellent information on how to perform abdominal exercises correctly. Page 218 of the book dispels all the myths surrounding abdominal training.

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF).
