No, but you can sure dump him, and have a talk with your mom about your boyfriends being a "no-fly zone". This is a big betrayal on the part of your mom - a lot worse than some young guy with raging hormones - and she needs to know that it was immature and completely out of line, and that she'd better never do it again if she wants to remain on speaking terms with you. If she pulls that s*#t again, move out, if you already haven't, and start planning a life that's very separate from her.
I'm a mom, and I have had some very young lovers, but I would never sleep with a friend's boyfriend, much less someone who was with my child.

No. You need to find your own place to live, away from your mom. When you get your own place, make sure that you do not give this boyfriend your address or telephone number. He is a sex addict and has no good intentions toward you or your mother.
Do not have any more contact with that man. Warn your mother that he also had sex or tried to have sex with you- maybe she did not know he was intimate with you. Whatever you do, DROP HIM!

No, there is nothing to sue for, but it looks like you just lost a boyfriend and a mom.
I am very sorry this has happened to you.
My advise is to make sure you stay away from these kinds of people from now on.
May God bless you through this.

No. You can't. But human life has some ethics than animal life. Majority of the civilized world follow that except the two you are referring to. Just move ahead stay clear from such relations. You can find a life of your own.

Only if your mom is still a minor you can sue him. What kind of a mother would have sex with her daughter's boyfriend?

Practically, you cant sue him because first of all you are not legally bonded with that guy because your not married with him. All you can do is to go away from that guy.He doesnt deserve you. He is the person that cant be trusted. And truthfully what he did just tells that he doesnt love you because his not givin you respect. Whats wrong with your mom? why is she making love of your boyfriend? there might be something wrong with her.

No you can't sue your boyfriend for having sex with your mom but you can KILL him or leave him. As for you mother NEVER talk to her again she is WRONG for doing that.

Like some others have said, you can't sue him, I don't think, but you sure can and should dump him immediately. But why would your mom do that? You and she should really have a talk about it.
