You cant see her because her parents dont allow her to have a boyfriend and she goes to a summer program during the week.

talk to her online and on the phone... have her say that she's going out with some friends on the weekend and see her then...
or have her talk to her parents as to why she cant have a bf.. make her get a good explaination.. if they say shes not old enough then find some way to defend herself... for example, lets just say that she's not ready, well then i think she should say that she thinks she is and that she just wants to try it because she thinks that she's mature enough... just have her say that she wont have sex and she'll be a good girl...
that's why i had to do before because my bf's parents didnt want him to date me... until they changed their minds and are now ok with use going out...
