Superman is faster, smarter, can fly, and has a ranged energy attack. My money says Big Blue not only wins, but finds a non-lethal way to do it by neutralizing Hulk's gamma powers. (But not before half of Metropolis is in ruins.)

Supes would easily win.
The Hulk has to get angrier to get stronger.
Supes is already there, and way past what the Hulk would need to be in order to beat Supes.
