It's all because you get anxiety. Your sympathetic tone increases leading to gastric secretion and thus leading to the burning sensation of your stomach mucosa. Just try to take tings a little more lightly. you haven't mentioned one thing though, does your breathing increase?? if it does, my diagnosis is correct. Better consult a gastroenterologist.

Action or anxiety related stomach distress.

My opinion would be that this is a dietary problem. You should start including more green leaf items, like salads and such. If you are really into making a health measure, take green powder 2 times a day (in AM and early/mid afternoon). You can get this at a local health store. Mix it in water or juice.

Your ph will raise, and your stomach problems will lessen.

What is a gastroenterologist going to do? Give you Prevacid or something for acid reflux? If you are not experiencing 'pain', there is no reason to get sonogrammed for your stomach and intestinal tract. You want to get at the root problem which is carried out from dietary habits and undue stress. Among my other suggestions, I'd even recommend yoga or more excersize.

Be well, good health,
Cheryl

Thats just like me in a way, instead I always feel the urge to pee whenever I need to go somewhere. I have this fear of having to use public bathrooms, so I'm always scared that I'll be far from home and have the urge to go REALLY BAD. Even if I had nothing to drink all day, I'll feel like I need to go. Anyways, enough rambling for me, my point is that its all in your head. There's probably some underlying fear/anxiety/stress thats involved with you having to be away for a long time, and that triggers the stomach aches, so just tell yourself that you'll be fine and it should be okay.

It occurs each and every of the time to lengthy-distance runners. to any extent further, beforehand you run for a protracted volume, eat and apple and drink 0.5 a bottle of water. enable it digest for about 0.5-hour, then strap on your operating shoes. Stretch genuine solid for about quarter-hour then, to verify your muscular tissues are going to be ok. by stretching, you're also letting your abdomen flex and it gained't damage operating. trust me, occurs each and every of the time to me. yet my apple approach can assist it. From operating, you obviously twist your abdomen to flow. by doing that operating lengthy distances, your abdomen muscular tissues aren't to any extent further used to being stretched that undesirable.
