Alright. Well this all depends on the personality of the guy so only you will know which of these signs he does. Well so if he stumbles and messes up his words when he talks to you and talks fast could mean he likes you and really wants to talk to you but is nervous. Then there is nervousness to the point he can't even talk to you, and when you ask him stuff it's just short .. little... answers.
If he's more outgoing though, he'll always be with you, talking, trying to make you laugh, acting like an idiot to impress you or seem funny (lol it's annoying but highly amusing when they do that! haha)
When you walk past they lean in so you rub against them.
Also some tips here on reading guys great:
Body positioning, are he's feet facing you, are his arms crossed is he relaxed? If his body is open and facing you it's a great sign!
Also if there is good eye contact that's good because he's comfortable with you, but if his eyes randomly circle your face and land back on your eyes or LIPS! you got your man!

I realize. If the man hit the lady first it's horrible, beat his butt. If the lady hit the man first....eh. It rather does all stem again to the complete guys being better,more potent,more difficult,anything. But. If humans didn't discover but, appears are very deceiving. I think you need to tell him you like him; you can smile at him or talk about relationships in front of him, you can ask him out and/or write a Dear John Letter to him. You can be informed about him by asking his friends is he single and do a little light flirting and don't come on too strong.

If the guy says it. If he doesn't then he never liked her enough to say it. Most guys like most girls, it is only when that liking is strong enough do we act on it. However, if a girl does not give any signals to the guy then his like-o-meter will stay low. If the girl gives enough hints then the like-o-meter will go up and we will either say something or avoid you.

Depending on what age he is................
The guy may become really shy and almost stupid around you.
He may try to impress you.
He is trying in some way to get your attention .
He avoids all relationship feeling type questions like it is the black death that killed his mother.

well the most obvious i think would be if the girl and the guy werent playing games and straight up told each other "hey ive had these feelings for u for a while etc etc etc..." other than that your playing those little kids games....just ask him
