WOW!! How young are you?? Of course you can get high from eating marijuana! Back in the day, we made brownies, spaghetti sauce, cookies, etc. with marijuana. I lived in Illinois, where hemp grows on the side of the road like dandelions. We picked and ate the stuff (locals told us it was crap, but it was free). Your friend was definitely NOT lying!

The psychoactive ingredient in marijuana can survive quite a bit, including cooking.
And it's quite potent when eaten (although it doesn't taste all that good.)
For those that don't like to smoke, or those that want to 'stave off' the munchies AND keep getting stoned... this is an alternative.

Yes, but only if you mix it in butter. You can't just throw it in food and voila you have a weed sandwhich. It doesn't work unless it's soaked up in some fatty substance like butter. The heat activates the chemical. And no your body heat is not enough alone to activate it, it must be cooked.

you can get high with eating marijuana it gives a little bit less affect i know believe me i have never done it but i have friends that have made weed brownies and they say you get high with them
