In a Distributed File System (DFS) environment the main file share is replicated among all DFS root servers. Assume that the network contains 7 DFS root servers which refer clients to the closest server based on site location and that there is one DFS root server in each of the seven offices. If users complain of slow file access times, what is the most likely problem?

Offhand, I'd guess that it's because a lot of users from one office are all trying to access the servers at the same time. The solution would then be to configure the root servers to refer clients to the server which is the least busy, regardless of location.
