My advice to YOU is to read more, to buy some books about history and geography and to use Internet for something else than asking stupid questions. I come from "a tiny population" from Europe; there are more than 20 TV companies in my country, with countless TV shows of our own. There's also cable TV (more than a few companies to choose from). Thank God for not having to watch American shows all the time. I tried to watch The Jerry Springer Show once. I switched to another program after about five minutes. No wonder you asked a stupid question like this!

America isn't the beginning and end of the world you know!!!

Why the heck would you imagine that countries with small populations don't have their own TV programmes????

You can find info on just ONE of the Slovak TV stations here;

They DO dub foreign shows as well as making their own - but don't assume they're all American!! Other countries make TV shows too, believe it or not...!!
