You need to get your prescriptions filled as soon as possible. Your problems are compounding themselves and the sooner you seek help the better. You might be able to get free samples from your doctor or qualify for help to get your medications. The cough is probably a result of the asthma and needs to be treated as well. If you cannot get to a doctor you should go to the emergency room. The high blood pressure migraine could be a hypertensive emergency. These can be life threatening. My mother died from a ruptured brain aneurysm as a result of a high blood pressure headache. I don't want to scare you, but this stuff isn't stuff to mess around with. You deserve to be taken care of so get off the computer and go.

THE BEST ADVICE WHEN IT COMES TO MEDICAL QUESTIONS IS TO SEE A DOCTOR. NO ONE ELSE IS BEST TO DIAGNOSE THAN A DOCTOR. GO SEE ONE....AND IF LOW ON CASH GO TO COUNTY HOSPITAL (E.R) THEY CAN NEVER TURN YOU DOWN OR SHOULDN'T////
