Is sex compatible with Gods rules, and if yes, are there any restrictions (oral, anal) or not? (Of course I'm talking about sex IN marriage)

God created our bodies to enjoy sex. It is a gift from Him and He made sex have a product: another human being. Sex is not merely for procreation. That is human religious thinking. He made the hormones and pleasure organs. We did not sprout those on our own out of rebellion. Sex is for intimacy, oneness, and, yes, pleasure. God created it because He loved us so much and He placed rules for our benefit: in marriage only between a man and a woman.

Is Oral Sex A Sin - What Does the Bible Say?
Couples often ask, "Is oral sex a sin?" The best place to look for answers is in the Bible. Hebrews 13:4 says, "Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral." The first point the Bible makes very clear is that sex - all types - is designed specifically for married couples. Non-married couples are not to practice premarital sex.

The Bible never indicates exactly what a husband and wife are allowed to do in their sexual relationship. However, there are some sexual principles that we can consider.

Mutual Consent - 1 Corinthians 7:5 says, "Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control." This verse indicates that each sexual activity should be mutually agreed upon.

Adultery is Sin - The Bible is very clear that any form of adultery is sin, even if both people in a marriage relationship agree to it. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 says, "It is God's will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control his own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the heathen, who do not know God." Adultery also includes "swapping" or adding sexual partners.

Viewing Pornography is a Sin - Matthew 5:28 is very clear. "But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart." Pornography viewed alone or together as a couple is sin. 1 John 2:16 says, "For everything in the world - the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does - comes not from the Father but from the world."

Is Oral Sex A Sin - Practical Application
When answering the question "Is oral sex a sin," it is important to remember that God created sex to be a beautiful expression of love for married couples. When the husband or the wife does not feel that sex is a "beautiful expression of love," then changes need to be made in that couple's sex life. Evidentially, the actions are not mutually beneficial to each person. Nothing in the Bible says that oral sex is a sin, however it may not be appropriate for every couple.

Is Oral Sex A Sin - Questions to Consider
Consider these questions when answering the question "Is oral sex a sin?"

Is oral sex voluntary and have both the husband and wife agreed to it?

Why do you want oral sex? Is it for pure sexual pleasure or is it to fulfill a sexual fantasy derived from porn?

Have you or your spouse been convicted by the Holy Spirit that oral sex is wrong?

Does oral sex edify and fulfill both you and your spouse?
While answering these questions, pray for guidance from God. He will reveal the answer to you - for your relationship.

Good question. Do you think God would give us the desire, and pleasure to have sex, and then say it's wrong to do it? As far as I can see, there is nothing wrong with two married people doingh what they enjoy in the privacy of their own home. Please do not take what the churches say about sex as Gods decission. The church is of man, and man, being what he is, will try to control every aspect of anothers' life, including in the bedroom. Lets put it this way, a while back, the Roman Catholic Church declared it a sin to cheat on one's taxes. Do you really think God would declare such? Of what use is money to God, whom owns everything, and created the universe, and all that dwells in it. You will get answers from others, real "church" oriented people who will tell you that sex is not to be enjoyed, and only for procreation, and therefore should only be done in "missionary position", and then, after, you should ask Gods' forgiveness for doing it. Do you know how many people have gone neurotic listeniong to such drivvle? More mental illnesses have been fostered by the Church and Bible than any war. God would not hold it against you and your significant other for enjoying each others body. Sex is not wrong, or dirty. Do what the two of you enjoy, and put such worries behind you. Peace be with you always.

Yes. For reference, read : 1 Thessalonians 4:3,7 ; Acts 15:20,29 ; Acts 21:25 ; Romans 1:24,13:13 : 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, 12:22-25,13-20, 7:1-2,10:8 ; Ephesians5:3 ; Colossians 3:5 ; Hebrews 12:16 ; Leviticus18:6-23 :18 ; Deuteronomy 23:1.

While I am unaware of oral, or anal sex being addressed specifically, it is IMPLIED as immoral behavior.

God created sex as a wonderful expression of intimate love between a man and his wife. I don't know whether to laugh or cry when I read non-Christians' responses to questions in this category that assume Christians hate the human body or sex.

There are many passages in the Bible about sex. It's use is encouraged and it's misuse is discouraged. The restrictions are related to extramarital sex--not marital sex. There is nothing explicitly condemning oral or anal sex, however, in church history you will find many Christian teachers teaching that sex is only for the purpose of procreation. I personally would disagree with such teachers. The Song of Songs (a.k.a. "Song of Solomon") is a good example of the beauty of marital love and sex.

Sex was ordained by God to be enjoyed and celebrated between a husband and a wife. The marriage bed is sacred, and the intimacies shared between two people who join as "one flesh" are for life, faithful, honorable, and "good in His sight."

Unfortunately, sex is turned into depravity by human beings who are influenced by the seductions of evil. What was made perfect and pure by God, is turned into filth and evil by the Devil.

Marriage is Honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. Hebrews 13:4

Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18

Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. 1 Corinthians 7:2

The Song of Solomon are love songs and have some of the most wonderful and erotic "analogous" messages in them. There is no greater joy and no greater communication than when a husband and a wife spend their lives learning how to love each other, in spirit, emotion, psyche, and in the body. When a man and woman marry, her body is no longer her own, but her husbands. And a husband's body is no longer his own, but his wife's---for they are one flesh.

Sex is a beautiful gift God has given to us. It's sole purpose is happiness through pleasure. Pleasure is not merely physical. It is much more than that though many people think of or are infatuated only by physical love. It is emotional bonding between two committed persons.

Sex is also intended for procreation. The fruit of love is another human person coming into this world. Sex is given to all animals. They multiply and have young ones. It is one of the characteristics of living things.

All restrictions on sex are man made, imposed by religion. Just ignore alll this nonsense and see what truly makes you happy to express yourself fully. Sex in whatever form between committed persons is truly meaningful. It is sacred between two individuals who truly love.

If there is a God then
there is no God without Sex.
and there is no Sex without God.

Of course it is up to you if you like to have a picture of some ol' man with a white beard spooking in your head while you are doing it.

You better do not worry too much. These higher beings are usually way too busy to watch everyone doing it.

Gods have seen it all. Ages ago.

Of course God's rules allow for sex, or none of us would be here.

Some theologians believe God only allows sex for procreation, although I personally disagree. The Song of Solomon in the Old Testament is highly suggestive of the idea of sex for pleasure, and I believe God wants people to enjoy themselves.

There are plenty of rules about sex in the Bible, especially in Leviticus, but these rules are, in my opinion, archaic and not appropriate to modern society.

In my opinion, the only rule that should be applied to sex is the basic Christian principle that all our actions should be based on love.

Last time i checked, Sex was all around Sin. In or out of marriage.

The only reason i person is to have sex is to give birth. If a person has sex for pleasure, its considered a sin. A weakness.

But you cant take my word, and you cant take anyone elses. Because everyone has a different way. Everyone see's the bible a different way.

But from what I have learn from other things, besides the bible, sex is a sin.
