Yes., I did go to the doctor a month ago. He gave my dapane, which helpes with the bite. But I've just been feeling runned down, sick to my stomach and headaches, I just don't know if it can keep making me feel bad, this is how I felt after it happened.

If it was a month ago, you haven't been to your Dr., and you're still alive, it wasn't a brown recluse.

Okay well first of all how are you absolutely positive that it was in fact a brown recluse? In a study I read down here in Athens, Ga Called the Brown recluse spider ID project (you may want to do some research) A house in Kentucky was infested with 2,500 (all collected in a year, which means there are probaly more) NONE of the family members ,also including two 10 month olds AND a five year old, were never bitten nore bothered by a brown recluse. I'm not sure about the sick part but I would defidently make sure it was a brown recluse first.

You really need to go to a doctor. The toxxin is probably still in your body. It is very dangerous and werever you were bit can get infected. If it gets infected, the limb, assuming it's on a limb, might have to be removed. That usually only happens in the most severe cases. Apparently, if you've lasted well for that much time, you have not had much of a reaction. You shuold still see a doctor though.

You should go back to the doctor...may be more going on with the bite than you are aware of. Brown Recluse spider bites have been known to kill people; maybe there is an anti-venom you could be given.

I would say that after a month, the sickness would not be from the spider bite.

When I was bit, I had horrible swelling and pain on my left knee (where I was bit), but no sickness, and my bite was 2 weeks old.

In any event, check with your doctor...regardless of what's causing it, you're not feeling well....so go.

You probably could use stuff called VIBE to help you get back on your feet. Search for brown recluse first aid kit and it will list info on VIBE.
