My pasta dishes. I grow my own basil, oregano and rosemary. I grow my own tomatoes and onion. I use those to make tomato based sauces and pesto. I make my own pasta from scratch and add fresh herbs and garlic to the dough before I roll it out in the pasta machine. I make my own meatballs and man, Its good when its all done. I make fantabulous Mexican food too. Come to think of it, I just cook everything good. I hate overprocessed, cardboard food and I really dont like fast food. I like pickled garlic that I make and I make the best pickles in the world.
Ps all time fav food is hot peppers right off the plant that have ripened to a rich red in the sun. And corn on the cob fresh off the plant. Inside of me is a fat person just dying to get out.

Veal parmigiana laying on a bed of angel hair pasta. Served w/ fresh foccocia bread, w/ olive oil for dipping. throw in a slice of taramisu for dessert.
