i am deciding on going with either 2 MOFO 12s or 2 pioneer premier competition 12" subs, the specs are similiar, but i would really like to know how they stack up against each other in the real world. i was wondering if you guys knew where i could get a review of the subs or if you had any experiences with the either of them...thanks

There usually aren't proffessional reviews of car audio equiptment available. Usually people just install it, like it and claim that its the "best money can buy".
I'd recommend you check www.sounddomain.com for reviews but, most likely you will get simple reviews.
In my opinion, you'd get more power and deeper bass from the Pioneers so long as they recieve more than 500 Watts RMS in a 2 ohm load.

I would go with the pioneer, there lower line subs are not crazy, but the Premier line are pretty good. I have a Pioneer Head Unit and it is awsome, has good clarity in the sound and has a color screen.

i own 4 of the pioneer premier comps 12's i highly recommend them i do run a 2000w hifonics to each set and they have never let me down they hit 149 decibls and are .1 from setting the record in nc i would recommend these good luck

the premiers are really really loud in a ported box. i would go with those, and if you want just one pioneer spl5000, i have a brand new one for sale, just let me know. this thing is a 70 lbs monster.

constantly sub. Dubbed anime many times sounds unfavourable via assessment. Sub analyzing is an obtained ability, you do it sufficient and at last you end actively analyzing the subtitles, your concepts only methods them immediately.

He is a real baller that is why he would go with a 15' (foot) sub and not a 15" (inch) sub

If this guy was a real baller he would be talkin about solo x's from kicker and XXX's from RE. ANYWAYS i would go with the pioneers if i was you

you can usually find unbiased reviews at crutchfield.com by people that own the stuff. just search for the model number, click on it and click on "read reviews". nice huh?
