If I understand your question correctly--Is it a must for people in USA to enter the Army? No USA does not make anyone join the armed forces it is not mandatory. People in the USA have a choice. Unlike some of the countries in the Middle-East.

Your question does not make much sense. However, I asume you meant to ask if you are REQUIRED to join the army. The answer is no, the US does not draft unless at war but you still have to sign up on your 18th birthday. Some South American countries and Israel are few that I know require military service.

There is no mandatory service in the USA. Our military is a volunteer force at the present time.
