It says that the universe, like a garment, will be changed - and the Book of Revelations talks about the angel of God rolling up the fabric of the universe. So if the stars and nebulae and planets etc. are literally angels and other heavenly beings, how is an angel of God rolling them up?

I think you should be excited about the grandeur and beauty and significance of God's creation - all of it! But don't let that excitement carry you away to the point where you don't distinguish clearly between the various aspects of creation. That would be like someone going into a beautiful botanical garden and failing to appreciate its beauty because they confused all the flowers with all the blades of grass and all the trees and all the asphalt paths, etc...
