What is your present relationship with her? If you know her already then you should already have an idea of what you do/don't have in common. You should start by talking about something that you know you can draw out into a long conversation, in a situation where you know she'll be relaxed and able to have a chat. Then, slowly nudge the conversation in the direction of your attraction to her. If you've never discussed it with her before, ask if she has a boyfriend of not. If she's already told you, bring up the subject of how it is to be single. That will send her a signal that you are interested, and then you can pick up on the nonverbal cues she sends. You should get a pretty good idea if she's interested or not, unless she decides to get all mysterious on you. But you can work it either way.
Good luck!

She is probably already interested but most likely won't go for it. It's a lot more difficult for an older woman to be willing to subject herself to going through a relationship that is not going anywhere. She probably already feels in a midlife crisis and she probably wants someone to be serious with her. You might try all the best lines in the world and you might not quite get the results you fantasize about. You might want a sex date but have a serious relationship instead that you won't know what to do with.
Anyway, to answer your question, make your goal have a coffee with her. If you see her drinking water or tea or anything, just say something stupid, like small talk. Then reel it in into these subjects: 1) coffee, which leads into "good coffee" and then into "this coffeeshop you know about" and then offer to go sometime, or 2) Movies: Good movies, have you seen this movie, maybe you need to see it, we should go sometime. So there. Let her think! Don't act desperate. When you see her again she might be willing. If she asks if it's a date say Sure why not. Act unafraid.

Just get close to her. Get to know her better. Show that you always available with her. At first stage, she will feel uncomfortable, but sooner or later, when you won't appear, she will feel missing.
Good Luck. No harm to get a relationship wif an elder women.

No different than any other woman. Ask he about her weekend , what she does for fun, compliment her, invite her with the "gang" after work, etc
and don't pay attention to Mickey S, fun is fun, worry about *** wiping later
We might be older, but we're still 25 on the inside

first of all, try to be yourself and talk to her about something that both of you have in common in your lives like your job or something really interesting like music or movies whatever you think she really likes. second, try to make her laugh telling her jokes (real jokes, no the silly ones) also you ave to be patient and comprehensive. and remember try to make her fall in love with everyday like it was the first she appeared in your life. they really love that

Try talking to her like a real person. Thirty to forty year old women have outgrown the girly games and are ready for real conversation. No corny pick up lines, please. Sincere compliments always welcome and appreciated.
