if u r health freak and often hit gym then u can opt for rowing or cycling and padling to keep ur thighs fit or u can use a regular cycle and some sit ups would help but some people doesnt do postures right in sit up and end up pains in joints and back .....so ask any instructor and first rule is doing it slowly and less ....some people are so much excited that they keep doing too much frst day and end up not doing next day...

For ur abdomens u shld do crunches....u can also try using boards in gym and lie on ur back and try to hold legs in 45%.....all this will help u reduce fats in tummy....

BEST OF LUCK

Do sit ups twice a day. Start slow and add one or two more everyday. Soon your friends will call you, "toothpick".
