When I think of poo (which I do not often do) I think of actual feces. When I think of poop (again, not often do I think of this) I think of fart

According to MZZ Etiquette it is neither polite to say poo nor poop. The proper manner to address yourself is cremola, lol, i would say poo hehe

I don't think that either is polite. Try to avoid discussing bodily functions and products amongst polite company.

Actually I would go with the scientific name, which is A.D. (meaning, I can only assume, after digestion, or some other lovely latin phrase perhaps...)

you realise 'oo' is more silent than 'op' it is self explanatory that poo is more silent
