Hi - any type of exercise is beneficial. However you are being very ambitious about losing weight within a few days. Because your weight is already fairly healthy and your body fat probably isn't excessively high, you will probably find that you can't drop weight very quickly. And you should never aim to lose more than 2 kilos per week - losing weight rapidly is very bad for your health.

It takes more than a few days for anyone to lose weight in any part of their body. Walking during any time of the day will help. The dr. recommends 30 min a day of exercise and a 1300-1500 calorie diet. You lose 2-3 lbs a week. Yoga is great for toning up.

I know this girl in my niegborhood. When she was a teen she had big saddle bag hips and a big butt. She looked as if she had already given birth to 3 children. Well she ended up pregnant and had a child. Every morning I would see her take a long walk with her baby in a stroller. She did this everyday. When the baby got a little older. I saw the mom walking with the baby strapped to her back. I have never seen her so skinny. Her hips disappeared. She was skinnier than she was before the baby.
So it does work, but it didn't take a few days.

Yes walking in the morning does help with your weight, It burns your fat and tighten's your muscles too. if you do it during the morning and then before 10pm then your sure to be walking strait into small jeans. I did it when I was pregnant. I weighed 125lb and went up to 149lb and after i hade her I lost it , and went to 122lb and thats terrific. I still walk too. I take my dog for a walk and I dont drink Pepsi or any other soda. So Elimate Soda or suger and fat's like oils and pasta, you can have pasta but not much. I mean i loved pasta but I limit myself to matain my weight . drink water lots of bottled water and sumtimes tea if your feeling dangerous.

I don't know about morning walks, but i am completely sure of morning runs. Jog at least 1.5 km every morning, and to help better use of fat, use a fat burner (with carnitine, choline, lecithin, etc...) price around 20$. One friend jogged 2.5 km almost daily for one month and lost 10kg. And if possible add some belly reducing exercises to that. Good luck!

Walking is good for you and will help lose weight. However, do not expect reduction in your weight to drop fast by just walking. A sensible diet would also help.

well running is better and the reason people say walk is because you go a farther distance walking and most likely will walk longer than run..

but do it in the morning and anything is better than nothing

its gets you metablosim going..

and before you go eat one egg and one peice of toast...trust me you will lose weight and drink LOTS of water.

good luck

Keep a reusable water bottle on the desk to sip often. Keeping yourself hydrated can satiate hunger in addition to cravings, reduce bloating, and retain you more alert.
