Actually, I've heard that the amount of water depends on the person, and that the best way to know how much you should drink is to divide your weight in half. That's how many ounces a day you should have.

There are lots of good flavored waters out there. I never drink plain water, it's gross! I love Aquafina Flavor Splash.

Bottoms up!

Its lies, the situation exchange into on CBS information, and Nightly information with Brian Williams, and not one of the examine reported/or proved that 8 glasses of water an afternoon facilitates you shed some pounds, or suppress starvation, and make your dermis much less dry, yet another learn shows which you will drink as many glasses of water an afternoon as you prefer to, your physique will inform you once you're thirsty, after which you will drink, 8 glasses,6 glasses or 15 glasses, it relies upon on how lots a individual sweats, or how in a well timed fashion he removes the water, by using the two the climate, or the actual interest that the guy is doing.

My information suggests green tea as a substitute and I also drink a quart of non-fat milk daily, sometimes blending in a banana. It's not easy to drink 8 glasses of plain water a day. Also fruits(watermelon) and many vegetables (lettuce) contain water. So 8 glasses of water is not a 'fixed' amount

Actually, I recently read something that indicated that there isn't a need to drink 8 glasses of water per day. That your body can only use so much water and all the rest just makes you have to go to the bathroom. It is one of those "Myths" we always seem to follow even with no proof. Here is an urban legand article about this: http://www.snopes.com/medical/myths/8glasses.asp

buy a bottle of water. If its a 20 oz bottle, you need to drink 3 1/2 bottles. If its a 16 oz bottle you need 4. My personal favorite is to buy a liter of water. I drink it, then refill it, and drink it again, and I'm done. Thats 64 oz right there.

drink one of those 20 oz. bottled waters with your breakfast, lunch and dinner. thats what i do. you don't even realize it when you do that but you're getting in 60 oz ( out of the 64 you're supposed to drink), without feeling like you're just drinking water ALL day.
