Man, I hate following those waaayyyy long answers. For chicken breast, always buy it with bones and skin not removed. When cooking, bones and skin keep the meat from drying out. You can remove them later when you eat.
The best thing i like to do with chicken breast is
peel the skin back from the meat but dont remove. Poke holes in the meat with a fork. Put whatever you like on the meat, like fresh garlic, margarine, orange or lemon slices, italian dressing, whatever you think will taste good. Then pull the skin over the stuff you put on the meat and secure it with toothpicks. Bake at 350 for about an hour. The skin makes the flavor of your stuffings to be absorbed by the meat. You cant go wrong with this and you always have something in the house to stuff the breast with. Mushrooms and onions are good too.

Cook chicken breast in a skillet (use Pam spray). Add one or two can(s) of cream of mushroom soup and some sliced or chopped fresh mushrooms. Stir occassionally until soup is thinned and well blended over the chicken. Serve with veggies or over white rice. Low fat and very tasty.

Bake 4-6 at a time in a lil butter
sprinkle with salt and pepper
bake at 350 for about an hour
Remember: bake 6 with the same energy as 4
also, once baked, you can use each one as you wish.
