Is it a friendly compliment or maybe wants to hook up. My co-worker is telling me to go for it. Should I or should I wait for him? He always goes to me when I enter his area of work. And I catch him stareing at me. What should I do?

Flirt a little and see how he reacts. I have the same thing kinda goin on at my work. So just be confident and flirt a little and see if he pushes it away or flirts back even more. If all else fails, just ask him if he would ever consider dating you, if that is what you want with him.

I think I would wait until he made some sort of move. So far he's just said told a co-worker you're a sweetheart. Is that enough to put yourself out there? It wouldn't be for me but if it is for you then go for it.

Thats all good, but it's best not to allow too many people at the work place know ur business about this guy, because once rumors get going it's hard to stop them. So watch her and stop letting her be the one u tell things too, because if she tells u things he says she can tell others.

I would really watch her, because loose lips sink ships.

Just keep it in the back of ur head. Tell her u rather her not tell u anything else about him.

And u get to know him for urself and then keep that on the downlow

Decide which you value more, hooking up with Mr Wonderful or keeping your job.

Office romances don't work out. Continue to be yourself, but don't "hook up" at the office unless you are willing to lose your job.

Good Luck

Make yourself available, and he'll eventually come around to you if he likes you. If you get tired of waiting, just go up and ask him to lunch. If he likes you, he'll probably be glad you made the first move.

Ask him if he would like to go for coffee some night. Then it is in his hands.

ohhh great "sweetheart" thats almost like "great personality" it reeks of lack of relationship potential. You can ask but don't expect much.

Go for it. All he can do is say no. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
