Well I was in Texas and looking at a map. It seems that there is a highway that parallels the Mexican Boarder, and the Mexicans have a road that parallels the USA freeway. Some say, "Build a Wall" ... however, if we really didn't want to have relations with them, then we should destroy the freeways that parallel the boarders.
However, in many ways the USA must value the labor we receive from these uninvited guests. I support the idea's and the policies that the Bush Administration have presented to us the American People. They're here, and they're staying. We need to incorporate them into the American Lifestyle, and we need to have ways to document who they are. Additionally, we need to create tight boarders to discourage new uninvited guests.

SO many great answers to this question here.
Cherokee rose has the right idea and was very polite but this subject is hard to be nice about anymore.
Our government doesn't give a rats patooty what we think or how we feel. All they care about is looking good to everyone else.
I say WE THE PEOPLE stand up for OUR rights and send them packing personally. Why should we have to keep waiting when we know no one is going to do the right thing?
This is OUR country NOT theirs and I am sick of the bleeding hearts that think we should let these LAW BREAKERS stay just because the are already here.
Their own people are disgusted with them. The ones that are LEGAL hardworking, tax paying, productive members of OUR country. They don't like these ILLEGALS any more than we do because they make them look bad.
I say it is up to us to rise up against all this and send a message we aren't going to keep paying the price in any way anymore.

We can demand that our tax dollars go into arresting them for the felony they all commit each and every day. Then we should deport them.
First however, the border need to be strengthened so they don't come straight back.
All that they have proven, is that anyone can get away with breaking the law as long as it is done in the masses.

Buy a cristal ball, try to talk to the dead, get your hands on Christopher Columbus and ask him what did the governing body of the indigenous do to the uninvited Europeans. I am sure you'll get the "tight" answer you want

WE can keep writing and e-mailing our senators and congressmen letting them know we want our borders tightly secured, no amnesty to illegal immigrants, illegal immigrants deported in a systematic process.
WE can support our minutemen, donate to the fence, vote, and protest in DC on Labor Day.
OUR GOVT. can PAY attention to the PEOPLE (American citizens) instead of big corporations and Vicente Fox. They can secure our borders and HELP FUND the fence. They can enforce our immigration laws and DEPORT illegal immigrants. They can make it a Federal offense (FELONY) to enter our country illegally, prohibit illegal people to get jobs, welfare or ANY federally funded assistance.

Our "legal" immigrants should speak up and demand that the illegals stop giving them a bad name.
Helping someone does not mean they will agree with your actions, but It doesn't mean that you are not helping.
True "help" is often objectionable to the one being helped.

Help? What more do they want from us? They already have everything and better, they have everything for free. We should help ourselves and get them the hell out of here. Let some other country take care of them and feel bad for them.
