um...as long as it wasn't moldy, it should be fine...unless you didn't wash it beforehand and there were some chemicals or bacteria on it...
or maybe you're allergic to corn or something you put on the corn?

Well, you probably didnt get food poisoning from it unless it touched raw poultry or meat or they dripped on it. Food poisoning symptoms are not usually from the last thing you ate, but the thing before that. The symptoms typically take around eleven hours to show up. But you should eat corn very fresh or frozen because within one hour of picking it, the sugars start to turn to starch and it just tastes old. Try growing your own. You dont even have to cook it because it tastes so sweet right when you pick it.

I would have nuked it in the microwave. Grilling dosent kill all the things that could grow on it in 5-7 days. You'll probably have to just wait until it runs it course and drink lots of water, sprite, or gingerale--if you get the runs. So at least you'll stay hydrated. If you feel feverish or heavy cramping. Call your dr. It maybe food poisoning. But I doubt it ll get like that.

As long as it didn't have mold growing from it then it was fine. It could be that corn left on the cob tends to get starchier the longer it sits after being picked.

did you steam it first, or grill it as is.
If you steamed it first and leave it lay around for 7 days before grilling it, you bet you can get sick, because by that time the corn is spoiled
