72 hours IF you put it in an airtight container or put a tight sran wrap covering on it.
Make sure you eat it within a few days because after that the avocadoes start to grow mold.

Even with lemon or lime juice I find that guacamole turns brown. And the pit idea is great in theory, but it has never worked for me. To get the most time out of your guacamole, cover it so that the plastic wrap is pushed right down on top of it- leave no air space or they will oxodize faster (turn brown)- or you can store it in a ziplock bag and push all the air out. Even like this though you probably won't have more than a few days. Oh- if you have a vacuum sealer at home you could use that- I'm sure you'd get twice as long with one of those!

i would reccomend using it the same day, although putting the avocado seed in the guacamole will make it last longer.

One day before it starts tasting unfresh. Don't make too much, if you don't plan on using it within 24 hours; it'll end up in the trash.
