I wouldn't eat anything slimy.

That slime is actually coagulted juices. They are ok to eat- don't worry. Seriously- if you've refrigerated it properly and it's only from 2 days ago it has no bacteria. Whenever I make turkey and then put it in the fridge I find slime too!

Slimy turkey is likely to have some kind of bacteria happily breeding all over it. It was probably not a good idea to eat the sandwich before asking the question.

slime is bad. turkey goes bad fast. hopefully you will be allright.
in the future you should not eat slimy meat, ok.

If you ate it you'll find out if its any good. slime doesn't sound good to me. I would not of taken a chance

turkey and other meats make aspic when theyre cooked and then cooled, thats probably what that is, and it's fine to eat... thats what jello is made of.
