i guess your are talking about the cabbage soup diet it is a good diet to go on if you are wanting to drop a few pounds for a special occasion i lost 10 lbs in four days but the soup gets old fast

No diets are reliable. Diets starve the frame of vitamins and minerals and to begin with you can lose a couple of kilos however ultimately achieve it again. What she will have to do is drink water in among foods. When she is hungry she will have to consume small foods each few hours--ie. cheese and crackers or a Nutrigrain bar and fruit. Smaller foods each few hours is helping control the metabolism and pace it up. Walking or going out cycling, and many others is helping too. No diets or ravenous your self. It's no well. So the notion is to hold consuming, however alternative junk meals and prime-fats meals for culmination, greens and balanced vitamin. Everything carefully regardless that.

I have never heard of something so rediculous as the "cabbage diet". The best way to lose weight is to have a 'balanced' diet, not just one of the food groups. Especially if you choose the fiber food group... come on, then you'll lose all your nutrients and become sickly and weak. Gross. People find 'Healthy' attractive, not just thinness with no other factors in there!

No diet that relies on just one main food is safe. Cabbage does not supply all the vitamins and minerals needed. Plus, it's boring and people don't stick with boring diets.

You will lose weight on the cabbage diet, but it sucks!! Its so boring. I did it, I think I lost about 10lb in a week.. but I wanted real food.
Do what you have to, but make sure it's healthy. People always say eat less exercise more, but that doesn't always work. It doesn't for me.

Any diet that limits many other food groups is dangerous. Not only that, but a waste of time. You cant go on eating just a few things forever, and when you stop you gain it all back.

Best diet, the very best diet is.....eat less exercise more. Don't make yourself miserable with this flatulent diet. take baby sets, just eliminate one food, say sweets, and go an extra flight of stairs. Then slowly add more exercise and eat less food. It is the easiest and best way to lose weight

complete diet consist of
1=physical excercise
2=mental discpline=meditation,prayer. mental yoga meditation.
3=good balance diet.
