Every dream interp book I've ever read starts out with the caveat that each individual has different interpretations to their dreams.
That being said, I think what you should look at is that there's something unsettled about these people and incidences from your past that your subconscious feels that you need to deal with.
and you are the best judge of how you should do that, even if it's only in your mind.

I don't know what you mean by past life?
Dreaming of childhood is possible, and dreaming of people in history is also possible. But past life, I don't think it is possible.
You probably think that you are dreaming of some images, and you project that and you make believe that is your past life. Actually, that image you project may mean something else.
