it would shred a man/woman like you shred cheese. keep in mind that a 50 cal would flip the old army jeeps whenever they would try to mount and fire from them. under the geneva convention your not allowed to shoot someone with a 50 cal. they are used for long range firing to take out defense points.

talk to anybody who was in the military when they went to what's called u.s. weapons day where you get to see all the weapons fire and also you get to fire them.

A United States military sniper split a man in half in Iraq with a .50.

“My spotter positively identified a target at 1400 meters carrying an RPG on a water tower. I engaged the target. The top half of the torso fell forward out of the tower and the lower portion remained in the tower.”

Depends on where you get hit. If it's a shot to the forehead, you'll almost be gone from the neck up. If it's a gut shot, the target will have a new 4-inch breathing hole where his intestines should be. If it's an extremity shot, the limb will probably be blown off.

Even if you don't die immediately, you'd still have a very good chance of dying from shock.

Despite the muzzIe brake, it can leave a good bruise on his shoulder. Oh, you mean the other guy? He's likely to have a bad day, even at 2000 yards.

Now that you're knowledgeable, why can't you just grow up nice?

Same thing that a .50 cal machine gun would do if you only got hit once.

The same as a .22 cal. Once he's dead, there's nothing else that can be done to him.

Very ugly things that aren't worth trying to picture. I've never seen it, but my husband has, and the stories are NOT pretty.
