No, only pay for ur son's things he needs because as a parent thats ur job. But of this guy is staying with her he should pay they way ( not u) because ur not staying there he is. U shouldn't have to pay for him.
U need to talk with her about this ( ASAP) this guy shouldn't have a free ride on u, in fact he shouldn't be staying there at all with her and her young son. What kind of example is she showing her son?

the fact thaat she has a bf doesnt mean you have o stop support her well i think your supporting your son not her, and you could have a gf she might think the same way about you seeing your son something else

If she is taking care of your son then I wouldn't completely cut her off because it will affect your child. But solely taking care of her and things that have little to do with your child... I wouldn't.

no.stop the financail support and get a camera and take pictures of him coming and going.unfortunately the only one you will hurt is your son.until the cow gets married again your on the hook for child support till he is of age.

yea. i mean if its going to help ur son too, dont even care about the other man she is seeing. what u need to do is make sure whatever u do is what ur doing to help take care of ur son.

yes you should.but only the money should be for the child. you have a responsiblity to the wellfare of that child. the only way you do not have pay is if he adops the kid, but you should still want to support your child.

You probrably are obliged to unless you can prove they are living together. Then you would need to go to court, unless they get married. Consult your lawyer, it depends on the state.
