Is this the hand of God or just something that is happening. I think God is punishing the USA and it seems to be getting worse each year.. What do you think.. ?????

Katrina was a disaster simply because of the Army Corps of Engineers and their failure to build levees correctly. They have accepted fault for the flooding of New Orleans. Stop blaming god for everything.
