I know this sounds weird but I celebrate All my pets birthdays.... What is a good gift for my cats birthday? She has a ton of toys and treats. Is there a way to make like a Shrimp cupcake safe for cats?

We celebrate all of our cat's special days, too!! There are hundreds of great recipies on the net for cat treat recipies, and there are many books out on this subject as well. We recently bought a book on cat massage which was a great gift for our kitties (cept they cant read so we gotta do all the massaging for them!! wink wink).
I would suggest (as someone else did) another cat as a playmate!! LOL...
The BEST gift I found is CATNIP BUBBLES!! You blow them just like regular bubbles (which cats love) and they smell like catnip so when the cats bat at them they get all nipped. Awesome!!! Fun for hours.
I am sure you already have a laser pointer... if you aren't home a lot you can get one that is motion activated - it sits on the floor and when a cat (or human) walks by it starts spinning. It has a mirror inside so the laser bounces and goes everywhere. It's pretty freaking awesome!!
Check out your local gourmet pet store for more ideas!

I don't think sugar is good for pets. But maybe she would like some fish. My cats also have all kinds of toys, but I recently got them these little balls with a bell inside at Petsmart and they go crazy over them. Hope your kitty has a happy birthday. :)

What I do for my cats birthday is to assist the shelter out is each 300 and sixty 5 days around the time I accompanied my cats. I throw them a "birthday party" the place I invite all of my buddies over to my place of residing. I cook them a spaghetti dinner, and in replace all of them would desire to hold donations for the animal shelter. i've got discovered that it is an rather exciting thank you to assist out the shelter. This 300 and sixty 5 days i'm additionally questioning approximately including a brilliant gamble. The shelter has a itemizing of things they choose donated. i'm offering this record for each and all of the visitors and for each merchandise they carry about off of the record, they get a brilliant gamble cost ticket. The prize is a T-blouse from the shelter (that way the shelter additionally gets the $10 for the acquisition of the blouse) and a plate of homebaked cookies.

I don't think it's weird...I'm with ya all the way! My pets are like my kids! Every year on my cats' birthdays they get a can of tunafish and a lot of personal attention. Maybe something like that would be a nice treat.

I guess we are both wierd, cause I celebrate my cats' birthdays too.
This year I discovered that my local grocery store makes great crab cakes; I cooked one up for Cookie's 3rd birthday last week and she couldn't eat it fast enough. When I looked up the nutritional value of crab I was delighted to see it was heavy in Taurine -- a vital nutrient for cats. So she got a tasty treat and I felt good for giving her something that was good for her.
Check your grocery's fresh fish section for crabcakes -- just make sure they don't have onions or garlic in them as both are bad for your kitty's digestion.

I wouldn't feed my cat cupcakes. You could give her some fresh tuna or get her some catnip. My kitties love catnip!

DaBird. It's my cat's fav. toy. The other one he loves is a wool ball with a jingle bell inside of it. He loves felted wool toys, and of course his kitty condo furniture.
We also got him one of those lightweigh plastic ping pong type balls and threw it in the shower and he likes to bat that around. His other favs. are the bags from Barnes & Noble bookstore bc they rattle very well and he fits inside. He also likes cardboard boxes - he's easy to please.
Those wooden peek n play type of boxes you can put surprises in would be fun, but I've not ordered one yet. Then there are the tunnels.
Would he like a ferret to play with? I think that would be cute!
A site you can browse that has cute things:

Have fun celebrating!
