You're right genetics determine the expression of an organism's traits. But, environment also plays a role in the expression of one's genes. So, ultimately good nutrition does in the long run can be beneifical in the expression or efficeicny in expression to one's genes. As for techniques, I have read that people who were tortured using a process where their legs and feet were tied by ropes and each side pulled that these people did gain a couple inches. Their are surgeries to make people's shins longer. I have read in a journal that people who suffer from a genetic disorder known as Giantism, which is credited in the American Medical Association that the reason for thier great height is due to an overproducing pituitary gland. So growth hormone extraced from the pituitary gland will make you taller, but it does have side effects, some of which are not fully understand.

Sorry to tell you, but there isnt a way to make you grow taller. You might be lucky and pop out a few more inches through your growing years.
Alas, dont worry, theres all sorts of ways to make you appear taller, such as wearing stilletos or boots. Or even wearing certain colors and patterns can make you appear to be much taller than you are. Search for them online, or at helpful sites like www.style.com, and tv shows like the style network and in magazines also.
Good Luck :o)

Without seeing a doctor for growth hormones - at which point the doctor should be arrested for bad practice - you will NOT grow taller than genetics dictate.
Get over it and be happy with who you are, what you look like.
PS I had a growth spurt in my mid-20's so don't sweat the small stuff honey.

Um I do not believe there's a tablet, they're most often nutrients or equivalent. Your genes will investigate your peak, wherein as a specified nutrition impacts the health, not anything will make you taller. Sorry! At 15 you have got plenty of time to develop additional cms, simply revel in and upgrade your sport techniques!

I'm sorry but you can't. Your height is predetermined by genetics. Don't worry though, you will continue to grow. Females grow until the age of 18 and males until the age of 21.

my parents around about 5'4 but me and my sister are both about 5'7. you're still young so there's plenty of time to grow. just drink lots of milk and have an active lifestyle and don't pick up any bad habits like slouching.

I'm sorry, but if your growth curve matches what your estimated growth curve should be... then most pediatricians will not opt to give you growth hormone so that you can be as tall as you want to be. I would consult your pediatrician.
