Yes it is possible. It's not neccesarily likely but it is possible. There are all kinds of hybrid birds, Miligold Macaws are a cross between a Military Macaw and a Blue and Gold Macaw. Catalina's are a cross between a Scarlet Macaw and Military (If I remember correctly)
I once had a hybrid cockatoo that was Goffin and Medium Sulpher Crest. So it is possible.

It seems unlikely. In order for a hybrid to be born, the two parents must be from the same genus, In the case of macaw hybrids, the birds that are bred together are different species, but they are in the same genus, Ara (for example, the Scarlet macaw and the Blue&Gold are both Ara macaws.) The cockatoo hybrid mentioned above is possible, because both parents are from the Cacatua genus.

The Green Cheek conures are in the Pyrrhura genus, while Jendays are in the Aratinga genus. So, while they could form a pair bond, it seems highly unlikely (if not impossible) that they would lay fertile eggs.

It is possible, but it would be harder to breed these than a Blue and Gold and a Scarlet macaw. They actually just discovered a very rare hybrid cross between a moose and a horse! They just discovered it and they're doing research to see how this hybrid came about. This cross was once thought to be physically impossible! They want to be sure the hybrid isn't just a weird looking mule. The critter has a low hung mouth like a moose and very long ears.

You should breed responsibly. You will be doing a disservice to the birds. You should not breed for hybrids. Ask yourself this (When that baby grows up what would anyone breed it with?)
