Diet is the main reason for a lot of diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, many more. There are a lot of books out there for diets to reduce your blood pressure. I know this works, my significant other was in pretty bad shape when I met him, diabetes, kidney failure (he was on dyalisis 3 times a week), high blood pressure just to name a few of his problems. I researched and researched because of his renal failure his diet was much more complicated. Anyway, what I am trying to say is you can definitely reduce your blood pressure with diet. Your doctor's office probobly has a lot of info on this as well. As far as alternative "medicine", I'm not sure.

Hi,
Yes I do. My dad had stroke twice and has been suffering from high blood pressure for many years.
He took the health food that I bought him called VPlus and his blood pressure went down such that the doctor actually reduced his intake of medication.
WHen I heard that the products worked even better with a dietary change, I encouraged him to change his diet and his pressure just went back to normal within a month!
My fren's Dad had blood pressure for 20 years and no matter what he tried, it just wouldn't go down. And his problem was really serious. He took VPlus and something called Indinine 3000 as well (as he required more help) and now his blood pressure has gone back to normal..
Another fren of mine, Edwin, was suffering from hypertension at age 28 also recovered by taking VPlus, Indinine and having a diet change.
So if you are interested, pls email me.

Yoga practice. Although it would take some time to learn meditation. I think it's something involved with biofeedback techniques
