As hard as it may be you need to step up and take the control into your hands if you need help and feel like know one is understanding that or they just think it is a phase then you need to find a way to get a hold of a health care professional yourself. Sometimes parents just want to think it is a phase that their child is going through, they don't want to believe that their child may be mentally ill. But even still you need to do whats best for you, and right now you are saying you need help before its too late than make the appt and than tell your mother that you have the appt and she will take you seriously knowing that you went through a lot of trouble getting that appt and she will support you. Good luck to you.

people often ignore us who have mental health problems because there is a stigma attached to the word''mental'' .take yourself off to the local public hospital and they will help you .or go to a g.p. and get some help there. remember, there is hope of a recovery and if you are feeling very low at times ,it will only last a few days .write everything down that you are thinking , it gets it out of your head ,ok best luck

Simplest way is to talk to her yourself; face to face. Leave no notes, involve no one else. Some times it is easier than we imagine. Just try to put yourself in your Mom's shoes and think what you would do or how you would have reacted to this situation, if you were your MOM.
Tell her whatever you can, about your problem and she may help you or get help for you, faster than you think.

Speak with a trusted aunt or a counselor or nurse at school. They will let your mother know that you need help. I wish you well. Keep safe

Try to talk to another adult, a school counselor, or call your county health service. I'm sure they will refer you to someone who can help you and can work with your mother.

Have you identify your problem?
Does your mother knows about it and doesn't think is a problem?
get facts about what you feel (search information) and give that to your mom.....if that doesn't work , please talk to the next person that cares the most for you, maybe he/she will see that you are preventing a deeper problem for your future

If your mom doesn't agree, put yourself in mental help. I'm in the military and have the same situation. No one here thinks I do, but I put myself in and everythings turning out ok. Do yourself a favor and put yourself in. Your mom will, err rather SHOULD, thank you for it later.
