Go at the same time everyday. If you are very unhappy with your body, then put a picture of yourself on the fridge. Or put a picture of your favorite model or bodybuilder that is your goal to look like.

that's a GREAT questions. depends on the person. some people can use pictures, some people need support, calling someone and having them stay on you about what you need to do. some people can read books, hear songs, see someone...i really could go on and on. experiment and find what works for you!

get a work out buddy for a couple of times a wk for running or biking or walking that sort of thing. this article has some at home workouts that you could do if that will make you more relaxed

grab one of your friends and have them start running with you in the mornings and in the evenings. and make sure to eat right... no more pizza, lasanga, or anything with alot of fat in it. you will see a big difference in 6 weeks.
if you really want to push it and you require something even tougher (or none of your friends want to help you) then take karate lessons. i was 205 pounds when i was 13 years old. alot! then my dad took me to karate classes... after 6 weeks i lost about 20 pounds. but it was intense training and i was sweating like crazy. try it and good luck.

Give yourself an incentive to do so. Maybe for every fifteen minutes on the treadmill, you earned yourself one oreo cookie. This is just an example- do whatever works best for you.

also get someone you like to workout with you it creates a little competition
and a full length mirror to look at the results in private
