Hi, I am not really sure what to do about this problem I have. I am 15 and pretty much get easily aroused. For example, when I am grinding with a girl and shes hot, after a little while I might get an erection. I don't want to get embarrased or have it be awkward. Also, I know when I get get close and kiss I am gonna get one too. I am really not sure what to do.

try to stay calm dont let urself get too aroused. think about something other than when u are kissing. think about something that is the least arousing. cuz i get aroused a bit with my bf when he kisses me, when i really dont want to and dont want to end up getting wet, i just think of something other than him. like i think of the wall behind him or a silly joke. it often works. and i wouldnt say get to touching too much when ur kissin, that doesnt help, but sometimes i know u cant help urself but to get closer and closer. so i feel for ya. hope this is a little helpful. just keep urself calm. things can get heated, but make sure u dont have anything that arouses u more on ur mind.

At 15, you *should* have an erection for most of the day. I suggest tossing off before a date. Keeps you sane and cool.
Visualization of nasty disturbing things might also help. Dead kittens, etc.
Other than that, you might as well let her know!

Don't worry about it. Girls aren't stupid about those things and you can't control it. Yes, it can be embarrasing, hey, falling down is embarrasing. Wear clothes that are appropriate to cover things up (baggy jeans but whitey tighteys or a jock strap--that'll will help things not to show so much). They have issues too like erect nipples that show through their clothes, exposed bras or thongs.
