Why is it when men get mad, they just hide and pout?

I'm assuming you know one single man who got mad and hid and pouted. He doesn't represent the behavior of all men. If yours hides and pouts, then he's immature. He's not yet able to cope with direct confrontation. OR, he knows that you'll come running and he'll win. Either way, it's not a good situation. Find someone more mature.

See men hide when there mad because they have it set in there minds that men don't show there true feelings. Also men also think that they have to be so tuff that they can't express there feelings once they can get over there hard stage and realize that talking can solve a lot of things then it will make them and women happier.

Because men find it easier to handle their problems on their own. They are not pouting they are just thinking, when they are ready to be open with you, then they will. In their minds talking about it might just make it worst. The best thing we can do as women is respect their wish to be alone and be there for them when they are ready to talk.

Because men hate to face the truth of life. Men hate to have people see them show real emotions. It makes them weak. They think. Men always want to show that they haven't been defeated by a woman. But what the truth is that is cowardly. Because I was like that for many years.

men are supposed to be macho and not show there emotions...and in the heat of the battle will say things very hurtful and later regret it...if your with a man that gets mad and leaves or wants to be alone..let him..I personally like to be left alone..let me calm down and sort things out..usually coming to the conclusion that the arguement wasnt even nessasary in the first place...my down side is that Im married to a black women so us just arguing and going our separate ways is totally out of the question..so i just focus real hard on not arguing ;)

would you rather have of us lash out and hit you. and the guy that says they are pu$$ies is the reason they don't let you see that they actually have feelings. Cuz according to him guys aren't allowed to show their feelings. But once guys grow up they understand that it is ok to show that they are human. But honestly walk away cuz i have a bad temper and would much rather walk away then have the police take me away.
plus if men are always getting mad at you maybe it's something you are doing.

men are not emotional not in the sense that women are. respect means more to them than love, or money. the hide because they don't know how to respond, and they truly believe we already know how they feel. leave him alone and see what a difference that will make. don't argue or try to talk and watch the difference.

Because we are the stronger sex..men will be whine and cry in the corner so we are the bitchy ones..However, we do out live men as we express ourselves..we dont stuff it and end up with a heartattack later on..

because men have a harder time showing their emotions. most of the time they're afraid to show their emotions because they think it will make them less of a man to talk about them. you just have to show them that it's ok to talk about what they're feeling and to let them know how you feel. and to tell you the truth, most men are truely afraid of confrontation, especially with their girlfriends. they dont want to talk if they get in a fight because they're afraid they'll say something they dont mean and that they wont be able to take back. that's all.
