Consider taking the electives as an undergrad and the others as part of a masters degree. Having a couple of letters after your name never hurt and most recruiters are not impressed by double majors and/or areas of emphasis...mostly because HR people just don't understand what you are studying.

Good luck and don't overload yourself so you can keep your GPA up again this is one of the few things HR departments understand.

What are you passionate about? Concentrate in the areas you enjoy most. In terms of employment, it's not a bad thing to be a generalist if you are interested in several areas.

All the classes are good analog technologies are not changing as fast as digital. If you take the digital stuff first it will be obsolete when you graduate.
