I want to settle down, but I've realized the reason I date miscellaneous women is because I find 'parts' of what I want in all of them: fun in one...fineness in one...straight 'freak' in another...intelligence in one...ambition in another...time is wasting if you will... So lower my expectations and settle for the one with most of the qualities I desire or hold out for the 'ONE' ? tick...tock...tick...tock

I say go with the one that you can best relate to. Because finess and freakiness doesn't last forever. Ambition is great too but some women also like to help you with your dreams too. So I say go with someone that is fun, can make you laugh, and has some solid characteristics about her personality that will last. And not something as materialistic as how fine she is or freaky she will always be. Cuz over the years peoeple change, some for the better and some for the worst.

It depends on how realistic you are being with your expectations. What are the most important qualities to you? Where are you meeting these women? How much time are you taking to get the know them before moving on to the next? There's no need to "settle" as you put it, because if you rush into things, and "settle" just cause you think you want to get married and start a family, then you're simply setting yourself up to fail. Be real about what you what, and what qualities matter the most to you, and then don't "settle" until you find what you need. It might be a good idea to take a look at yourself and ask what you have to offer, not just superficial things (people get fat, get laid off, loose their hair, etc...- but kindness, loyalty, and faithfulness can last a lifetime) Good luck.

You didnt mention love as a "part". Are you that shallow? The question is will u find a girl who will lower her expectations enough to say yes when you pop the question or will they see right through your charade?

Stop expecting someone with everything. Just stop expecting period. Follow your heart and find a girl you click with instead of just going with what you expect her to be. Let the heart do the choosing not the brain.

why don't you not worry about finding that perfect women...hang out, friends are good, date around....some people don't get married untill they are older and sometimes that just works for people. but don't lower your standards, nobody should ever settle for second best. this is your life we are discussing

keep your expectations high but think about features you would like to reflect upon yurself. because ultimately when your in a relationship your are a reflection of the other person. and visa versa.... So think about the traits that you like that you think would be complementing to your personality.
