I upgraded from an RX330 to the RX400H. It is just shy of 5,000 miles and I'm averaging 25 mpg in a mix of city/hwy driving. It drives smooth and the service, like all service Lexus service is wonderful.

A flush technique receives rid of the additive, so it is already out. commonplace technique: you position the additive into the old oil (no longer the hot oil) run it for awhile then carry out a common oil replace So the old oil+additive is now out and also you're already on new oil. If it truly is a coolant flush, similar theory, except replace "oil" with "coolant" interior the above. once you're fairly paranoid, you may want to do yet another oil replace to get rid of any residue, yet especially a lot each and every of the flush additive is out already.

Since you asked for opinions .... a Lexus is a waste of money. Buy something cheaper and less "luxurious"/snobby.
